    Im not getting enough in so figured I would start a post today to get myself going. I have had a few muscle cramps so I really need to get back in the swing of it.

    I got a brand spanking new 40 oz bottle at last weeks conference. I am half way thru the first one and will get another 2 in today if it kills me. I added a little lemon this morning to get things started.

    How is everyone else doing in the water department?

    I'm doing fairly ok. I have been downing the water like crazy in this hot humid weather....or so it seems. I've been drinking 16 oz. bottles of water every lil bit. Although I need to start keeping track of them to make sure I'm getting in enough.

        I'm retaining water (TOM is here) and I will be drinking at least 80 oz today, come what may!

        Now, there I've said it, so it must be true!

          I'm not drinking enough of it either. it's hard at the conference - i hate drinking unfiltered tap water but that's all I have. I don't want to carry a whole big thing (or several) of water around with me all day you know? I keep buying 20 oz bottles but there's no convenience store in the hotel where the conference is.

            Well haven't even started to day.....*ducking to keep any1 from smacking me upside the head* Sorry Im going right now into the kitchen and pull out the gallon container....

              Knick... thats when I stopped getting my water in. Each seminar had water available but when I drank too much I was always having to leave and miss what was going on so I held back. Now I am having re hydrate again. Between the lack of water and all that canned air all week my sinus' are dried up. I really feel dehydrated.

              Good news is that I am on my second 40 oz bottle. And getting plenty of exercise trotting to the potty all day long!

                i'm totally poofy right now. What with the unknown carbs in the food I eat (they put rice in my seafood stew today, for example), and the wine and beer at the receptions/dinners it's been really hard to stay on track. I've been doing excellent except for tonight's dinner (i'm sure i ate some rice) and the first day for food, but I've had wine every day.

                And water.. it's impossible. theres no water available and i drink through my water bottle and then it's tap water and i have no interest so I cna't make myself drink it. I went to the bar today and had 4 glasses of club soda and 3 glasses of water, but that was about it. *sigh* Even now, in my room - TAP WATER. ugh.

                it's just so nasty tasting.

                so, i'm gonna have gained weight, and TOM is coming early and wah wah wah etc... So, POOFY. No big deal in the scheme of things, but still. *sigh*

                  Boy, I'm also haveing a hard time getting in 8o. I drop a cucumber slice in mine to give it that green taste.
