I weighed myself this morning knowing I didn't cheat at all this weekend, only to be up 2 lbs and normally my weight stays very steady. I know I am coming up on my TOM so this is probably due to that and is only water retention. BTW, I do weigh myself every day so I know this happened over a course of one day's time.What I was wondering is what do all you women do to get yourself through this phase. Drink more water? Quit weighing until after the TOM is over?
It is kind of depressing. I think I just need some words of encouragement and I know this is the place to come. ~~PJ
