    How is everyone doing with their exercise routines during these dog days of summer?

    I have not made time in the past few days to walk but will today and tomorrow is my Curves day.

    I'm doing great. It's really become a habit now and I'm feeling more confident that I can keep it up once I start my teaching schedule after Labor Day.
    Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
    218/187/140
    Measuring every 2 weeks
    As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



    Minimum 45 min cardio per day

      I go back to work next Wed to open the kitchen and then we have inservice and training for a few days before school opens on the 31st.

      So my routine will improve. I do very well with routine.

      You dont head back until after Labor Day? I dont know why but thought you started earlier than that out there.

        Not too good I could increase alot more....Last night after dinner played basketball and walked around my campus.

          My goal was to start an exercise program by today, so I will either start my Walk Away The Pounds DVD or hop on the treadmill today after work. Someone, please kick me in the butt to get started.

            I'm hoping to do something tonight after work. If I have a schedule conflict, I will do something tomorrow.
