    Happy Monday All!!!

I'm starting over today, like I committed to last week. All parties are over for awhile

When is the next tape measure challenge? I will try to remember to do measurements tonight. My weight is up like I knew it would be and my weightloss this week will be mostly water.

As for exercise.... Saturday I put my work-out shoes on and....... it's not gonna work yet. I have another pair that are a bit looser. I know I won't last long on the treadmill so I'm going to find something else to do (bike, elliptical, etc). I'm not sure I can go tonight though. My hubby might need me to do some running around for him this evening. He works until 10pm tonight and we are getting the motorhome ready to sell.

I know it's already starting to sound like I'm making excuses. All I can say is "life happens" sometimes and I'll do my best to make up for it. It's bad enough that I haven't exercised in 6 weeks and I feel really CRAPPY for it!!

I really need a lot of support! The recipe thread is GREAT!!!! I would ask that all the recipes give dummies like me the cals, fats, carbs, etc. I'm not good at figuring them out myself.

I know I'm in the right place. I want to stick with it and succeed this time! You all have been such an inspiration to me Thank you in advance for all of your help, encouragement and ideas to get through the rough times!

    Hey, Debbie...Happy Monday to you!

Best wishes on your journey. Don't forget to plan ahead, drink your water, and yes, exercise. There's still time today to get in some form of it for 30mins

You're right, life does happen...it's how we handle it that makes the difference (Okay, so there's that Dr.Phil-ism again lol!). Hang in there!

Hi Sarah! Thanks for asking. I'm doing great! Got induction flu and NO energy. Except for exercise, I've been 100%. I still haven't had time to take my measurements. I'll do that tonight so I can see if there is progress at the end of the challenge. Oy.

Deb - I don't care if you need to try 48,961 times. We're here for YOU.

Now, when you get a chance, put on your thinking cap (no, not that one. The THINKING one, silly!) and see if you can figure out what other kinds of support we can give you. What are the hurdles that have been pulling you up? Do you need phone numbers? Phone calls? Emails? THe Siamese Attack Cats? A challenge buddy? Someone to tell you your menu every day? Someone to check your fitday?

            Let's get creative, everyone!
            Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05

LOL Finelly, you crack me up!

All of the above!! Especially the cat attacks!

I do great during the week. Weekends I fall.... but NOT THIS ONE!!!

What I should do is get my hubby to take a picture of his ex so I can look at it everyday. Looking at her makes me want to work harder to NEVER become like that! Hmmm... he is going that way tomorrow (funeral.. I can't go ). I'll make sure he packs the camera!

Oh Debbie- if a picture of her is what'll keep you motivated, then get one. Of course, he might look a little suspect at a funeral snapping pictures of his ex. LOL LOL
