Hey STAC members and everyone else,how are yall doing?Doing pretty well today,staying accountable you know!!.lol.Went to the gym for two hours today with my roommate.Had a delicious lunch of tuna melt(tuna,mixed with mayo,sprinkle chedder cheese on top,microwave for a bit till cheese it melted and voila...it's delicious.I added some bacon,made it even better),and for desert I made some cheesecake,soooooo good.I had half of a slice so about only 2carbs.Not bad.It satisfied my sweet cravings.

Your doing so well, and I am so proud of you. Weigh to go. You are one of our Shining Stars and I am so glad that your a member of STAC
I am doing well also. Pounds are not going off as much as I would llike but thats okay, I feel better and thoes new pants I got are lose. What more could one ask.

I agree! You are doig fantastic! I have to stay away from the cheesecake b/c I can't resist it! I don't even buy cream cheese anymore at the grocery store b/c I know I will have to make it!!! lol Maybe on eday I will have it as a treat- I will have to buy the little block though!

Gah my roommate actually pressured me intomaking it.She had her TOM and was craving things like crazy,and I told her how I was thinking about cheesecake before but that my weakness is cream cheese.Anyway she pulled a sad face and I gave in.She ate it and loved it,and so did I.The strange thing was that it didn't incite any cravings like I thought it would.I also bought some heavy cream to make the topping with and haven't had any real inclination to over use it.I guess your brain does catch up with this WOE eventually and relearns how to feed the body.How wonderful.I've never felt so in control of what I eat!
