I recall some of us have talked in these forums over the years about the way our bodies sometimes get er...wobbly or flabby looking and feeling just before a whooshie. I have also noticed that (with me anyway) I get tired and worn down at the same time. My body almost seems to drag. I am like that today. Had to have a few minutes nap during the day, and I NEVER sleep during the day. Felt really rough, just WEAK! And the last two times I had a 2 to 3 pound whoosh, the exact same thing happened, complete with my flabby wobbly bits. So we will see tomorrow what I lost and how accurate this is for me. So far though, it seems to ring true. Anyone else notice this phenomenon?

Re: Wobbly Bits and Wooshies
I know I am extremely tired today but it is because of my TOM. I do expect a whoosie after it is over though, at least I better. I put on 1.8 lbs two days before my TOM and never cheated. I will have to look for those woobly, flabby, tired signals after my TOM to see if that happens to me.Linda

I don't know either. Been a while since I had a whooshie. Plus, I'm not waying right now - avoiding the evil scale.

Re: Wobbly Bits and Wooshies
Actually, you don't need to weigh. If you start having "wobbly bits" or getting really tired for a few days, start trying on something that's been slightly too tight.

I think I'm experiencing it this morning. Tell me if I am, I put on some jeans that fit just fine 2 days ago. The same jeans I put on today and they aren't tight but my stomach is rolled up over them
I haven't cheated. When I grab the fat it is as if I can roll it all in and I can see my shape. Is that the JELLO EFFECT? TIA
