Yep, I totally screwed up about 3-4 weeks ago! So I am back...I don't really feel bad that I messed up, I did at the time, but for the past 2 weeks I have been making excuses on why I shouldn't come back, but today I said "The **** with your excuses, woman! You need to get your fat butt back on Atkins and go run on the treadmill!" I find that if I am mean to myself I actually get stuff done, so that's what I had to do. Just went to the store, bought some new atkins food that I didn't try last time, pork rinds and beef jerky and ham (REAL ham not the deli slices). Anwyays, hope you all are doing well! <3Clare

Or something.....ok, no beating....but I would remind you that my Super Killer Fierce Siamese Attack And Hunting Cats are on the leash, ready to track you down and STARE at you if you leave again! (no, they are not really sleeping there, curled up in a pile in the sun. wow ok um, i guess i will never leave again. those cats might come get me! geez im gonna have nightmares now about evil siamese cats! haha. Yeah, see, those cats are the secret to the success of the STACked club. If you aren't scared enough by them, let me also tell you that in addition to STARING AT YOU, they will GROOM you. Uhuh. And if you have never been groomed by a siamese, well, let's just say, avoid the nasty carbs, ok?
So are you all ready for tomorrow? Got those bottles of water chilling? Ibuprofin at the ready in case of flu or headache? Lots of fat? 3 cups of veggies? Protein?

Hi Clare, welcome back!
For the pork rinds, I love dipping them in salsa. I also made nachos with them one day, put mexican shredded cheese, ground beef, sour cream and salsa. Ooooh, so good.

woot thanks guys! uhhh i messed up this morning already! But it was an accident...I had to wake up really early to take my bf to work...i think i was still asleep at the time...he was driving and he pulled into mcdonalds to get breakfast, and he got me some too, and i didn't even realize that TODAY I am starting Atkins until half of it was gone...lol. : / threw out the other half though! And I'm about to make some green beans and ham. woot~*~Clare~*~
