    Hey guys, did you know that you were all in bed with me this morning?

    My alarm went off early so I could go to the gym, I was tired, it is Friday morning and I have a long day ahead of me, so I banged the snooze button.

    Then in my head, up popped all these little ADBB windows full of all sorts of inspirational and motivating stuff. About being able to do this, being able to push yourself that little bit harder, about inspirational people, about people who have lost so much more weight than me.

    So I got out of bed and waddled to the gym. It was good. I feel good. So thank you all

            When I wake up and the excuses to avoid exercise start marching through my head, I just look at my nightstand and on it are the following quotes on Post-Its

            "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. GET OFF YOUR BUTT!" (I added in the last part. LOL LOL)

            The one next to that says,

              No wasted carbs.
              Water intake .5 -1 gallon.
              Exercise 60 minutes 5x week
              Get in the right veggies.
