I you have been lurking you know the drill........
1. Read Stickys
2. Drink your water
3. Measure and re read that measurement sticky
4. Post..... frequently...... those cats arent imaginary you know.... they are real
5. Drink more water and remember those supplements
6. Exercise
7. and most important...... come no matter how you are doing,,,, especially if you are struggling...... or even faltering....... THAT is when you need help the most and there are lots of people here to help you out.
You came to the right place...... and you have officially gotten the drill ... how can you lose with all these people on your side? Welcome!!

Those of us who have been here for a month or two will tell you that the KEY to our success this time around is that we post here daily. We talk about EVERYTHING, good, bad, and ugly. THere's something about this forum that just makes us bond and keep on truckin' no matter what.
