  • Doing the happy whoosie dance!

I've been staying off the scales the past couple days as all they serve to do is annoy me. I've been doing really well on my water intake for the past almost week....sooooo this morning I thought I'd have a peek at the scales to see if it had helped at all. Since induction all I have done is gain and reloose the same 2-3 pounds or more If I remember correctly though, I think that my last time (first time on Atkins) I did the same thing and did nothing scalewise for quite a few weeks after induction. Then the pounds started dropping off again.

To cut to the chase........... I got on the scales a few minutes ago saying pleaaaaaaaaaase don't have put those pounds back on. Fully expecting them to be back on again. Not only were they not on....but I've dropped an additional 3 pounds! Finally!

Your the first ones I thought of to share my news with! Now off to adjust my weight in my siggie!
