    It's monday morning over here by now, I've had a one hour brisk walk in the early morning. My body decided to build some muscle before starting to run for the C25K, and breathing is hard today as well, very sticky warm & wet air. (Ok, it was more like a 30 minute brisk walk and 30 minutes not-so-briskly walking home... some muscles remembered that they should be somewhere in my legs doing their work). Week 0

    I'm glad your mother situation is solved and you have your life back ((hug)). Thanks for checking on me...
