  • Sausage?

    Ann is new to us and just posted on the Slow Scales sticky about sausage.

    She's in the south and her sausage appears to have corn syrup in it. I'm not a sausage eater so I don't know what brands are good on Atkins.

    Any thoughts?

    I dont eat it very often because of all the fillers usually found in them but I do think the ground meat (that you take out of their slippings) is the one to be eating.

    A more knowledgeable sausage eater just may come along and have more info for you.
