    Hi Guys!

    Another manic Monday morning!

    Im on my way to Curves for my exercise and now that the sun is out again its back home for laundry duty.

    40 oz of water almost in and am shooting for 100 with the daily water challenge.

    Is it morning? Oooh! CLOSE THOSE CURTAINS! The light, the light! Arghhhhhhh!

    Lol, I am up, but only briefly. Had to stay up late to help daughter through boyfriend crisis. I am only up to get my son out of bed so he can make it to his job interview this morning. Thought I'd check in before I return to bed for a short nap.

    I have no major plans for today, but I am conscious that this is my last week of vacation before we teachers return to school next week to prepare for the arrival of the little rug rats, so I will probably do something nice for myself. Definately still need to unwind from my mom's visit.

        Good morning It's been a good day already

        We just got back from testing for my middle one- and she's feeling pretty good about how she did on it, which makes me smile.

        I worked out once this morning, but I'm about to go knock out Ramp It Up too.

        Glad you get to go back to bed, Finelly!

          Good mornin yall, im sittin here typing with ond hand as i hold Sara...and dang if it aint slow goin lol...

          Not doing anything today....just staying home relaxing being lazy...

          Drinking my 1st 32 oz of the day...(slept late) and thinking about what im gonna eat...

          Do yall plan out your day foodwise or wing it?

            Twisti- I plan my menus at least a week in advance, but usually two weeks. I *never* wing it - can't afford to. Knowing what's on the menu and sticking to it keeps me in check and makes sure I never have an excuse to falter.

            And kiss that sweet baby for me, would ya? I miss having babies. (Ugh. I think I just felt an ovary twitch! LOLOL)

                Fin... nothing like boyfriend troubles is there?? Did very similar thing with ds on Saturday. 2AM finally hit those sheets. Im too old for those kinds of hours! Enjoy your last week. Im in and out working this week myself, next week back full time with you.

                Twisti... I love to see Sara in your posts and Brook... I think my ovaries are doing the same thing every time I see her. Wait until they are all grown up... that little twinge is a huge pinch! I plan a day or so in advance all my foods.

                  Hi all Doing well so far...48 ozs of water down already. Got up late as I forgot to set the alarm...cat is backup system

                  Couldn't get in a morning exercise but tonight is gym night so I don't feel too guilty. Work is calm today so it's all good!

                  I plan my meals for the week...cooking is done on the weekend and then I just put the meals together each day..except for the Bacon & eggs...that I cook fresh each morning.

                    It's almost lunchtime over here. 7 days into induction, and I'm down 7 lbs!
                    Drinking my water, ate a good breakfast, getting ready for a hearty salad for lunch.
                    My weekend has been tough emotionally. I've managed to keep on track with my food — never winging it — keeping lots of options in the house.

                    I'm also reevaluating what my "goal" is. I'm thinking that 130 — the thinest I ever was in highschool, is not altogether realistic. I think I'd be really satisfied if I reached 150, and then I may reevaluate from there. I've never really broken 160 in all my years of Atkins-ing, and I'd just love to reach 150.

                      Hi Guys.....Just finished my first 64 oz of water.... Going back to a strict induction period....did a very small amount of cheating, my nephew's first home economics project....it was so cute...but i had a little bit of it...it meant so much to him....but other than that...everythings great...But I am exhausted today....I so need a nap...lol

                          Hi All!


                          Today is going great! No boss this week! That means I get to post more!

                          Foodwise, doing real good. Thank goodness for fitday so I can tweak my evening meal. I'm going to try to exercise tonight. I'll hit the stairmaster again, that was less painful on my foot. I must have gotten a pretty good workout last week cuz I was sore. It just didn't feel like a hard workout when I was doing it.

                          Drinking water, taking supplements, etc. Hope y'all have a great Monday!

                            Checkin in.

                            Did good this weekend. No illegal cheats. Maybe a tad over on my cream cheese intake for Saturday. (Have gotten hooked on cr. cheese and chopped fresh dill/garlic chives..from the garden...rolled up in ham slices)

                            Looks as though everyone had a pretty good weekend.

                            No exercise today other than the yard work this morn....mowing...etc.

                              hellllooo i'm back!! had a fun filled weekend up in the UP. got to meet some new people from bf's family. but i am so proud because i didn't cheat!! it was sooo hard-and not cause i was tempted by things-but because literally the low carb options were far and few between!!! argh. but i did my best and just ate what i could and my wonderful loving bf took me out to eat after the little shin-dig picnic party that we were attending. but i am very happy that i did not blow it because the going got rough. aaand in other good news...i had been staying off the scale for awhile with TOM and also just because...so this morning i was pleasantly surprised to see another few lbs gone! wohoo! anyways..i guess you could say my monday has been pretty good! now i am just packing and cleaning up my room getting ready to head off into the scary unknown world of grad school...i leave wednesday afternoon. i'm totally nervous! not to mention the obnoxious orientations i have to attend...blah blah blah. okay i'm done ranting for now. happy monday everyone!!
