  • Second time around? Well, kind of...

    Hello everyone!

    While I am not sure if this qualifies as a second time around, as I never really fell off, I have officially stepped back from maintenance into induction again. I spent the last week or so slowly cutting back on the items I have added through my time in the various rungs, in an effort to adapt. I have set a new goal weight for myself, and I look forward to having the chance to work my way through all the rungs again. I learned so much about my body’s make-up and how I react to certain foods, that I really am looking forward to doing it again . So far I have come to the realization that I have become remiss on my water consumption; however, I am back up to 64-80 oz. a day. I am really hoping to crack down on working toward my fitness goal as I reach my new weight goal, and I hope you folks will help keep me in line . Well, I just wanted to take a moment and say hello.
