  • Whooshiefied

For the past couple of weeks, I have been carrying extra water retention in my lower abdomen. I had a panniculectomy in May 2003, which is a BIG tummy tuck where they removed 26 lbs of tissue because my stomach hung down to my knees. Since then when I get really hot, it still swells like crazy. It isn't really water retention per se...but it is hard to deal with and makes me sad......

I went to be Saturady night all bloated and woke up 4 hours later at 3 AM and I knew the second I woke up that the Whoosh Fairy had visited.

I celebrated by swimming a mile the next morning

Good choice with a celebratory swim!

That must be pretty frustrating for you.

Isn't it funny when you can tell when you get up in the middle of the night that you had a wooshie? I can always tell. A swim sounds so nice right now. Good job on the exercise to celebrate.
