  • Have a great Tuesday!

    Im headed off for work today but wanted to wish you all a great day!

    I have packed a scoop of crab and a small romaine salad to go with it. Cheese slices and pepperoni for a snack if needed and of course my water bottle! Grabbed some leftover stroganoff for a quick breakfast. Meatloaf is the plan for supper. I have also packed my Curves clothes for some exercise on the way home.

    Hows that for a plan? Today I go to work at 9A tomorrow I go to work at 6:30A Tomorrow morning will be the return to my real hours. yuck Definately early to bed tonight!

    Day 2 of getting my feet back on the ground where they need to be.

    Well, it is an early start for me at the West coast. I had to be at work at 5:20AM. Yesterday wasn't a good water day for me. I didn't get a drop in till the evening and then I drank 57 oz and was in the bathroom all night. Remember, I am the one with a job that doesn't allow frequent bathroom trips (crane operator). Needless to say, I was busy yesterday. I am hoping to get at least 24 oz or more in at work today and hopefully, get to use the bathroom. This is the only part that hinders my water drinking. I do fine on the weekends and at home. Still having those TOM woes though but it is just about over. ~~PJ

      It's early here and I am only up because I have to drive my daughter to school (her school district, unlike mine, started BEFORE labor day - what's up with THAT?)

      I'm feeling less strung out and more like my usual self after my mom's visit. Still really exhausted, but that may also have to do with a minor cold that is going around the household, and the fact that I stay up late to chat with friends on ims.

      I'll post again later.

        I started early this morning...got up to exercise first. Great tape...Pilates with a Body Ring...not easy but a good workout.

        This is day 15 of re-induction for me..and proud to say I'm cheat free...no extra legal food anymore either and tons of water

        Going out to dinner tonight with some friends from work. It's a steakhouse (Boulder Creek) so there will be no problem staying legal there either....steak, salad, veggies...doesn't get any better than that.

          Good Morning! Started off my day with Leslie Sansone's - Walk Away The Pounds (Walk and Jog) and You can DO! Abs and finished up with Pilates Basics Step by Step. Tommrorow I'd like to get in the 20 min workout and the Accelerated Body Sculpting. I've been slacking in the exercise department so I plan on correcting that.

          Water has been a bit slow this morning. I'll get it downed here pretty soon.

          Planning on most of the day cooking up some things to have on hand. Ran outta my zucchini muffins yesterday and they are my staple as my breakfast.

            Good morning everyone!
            Feeling good, TOM is on it's way and I have been having little headaches, but nothing too serious. Doing great on my food and water, now I've got to find a way to start exercising!
            I've also updated my "goal weight," because I'd really like to make it to 150, which I think is more realistic, and focus on exercise. When I reach that goal, I'll reaccess.
            Ate eggs with smoked Gouda for breakfast, and have tuna salad and some flax crackers for lunch. And of course, H2O all day long.

            I promised myself I'd never see 200 on the scale again!

              pjade... all you can do is your best with the water. You job really doesnt allow you to leave every 5 minutes for a break. Im back in the kitchen this week and full time next week so I have to really watch when I drink so that when I absolutely cannot leave I wont be standing there with legs crossed.

              Hey Fin! Hard to believe how quickly summer went isnt it? Wow

              Spikette.... great on the 15 days cheat free! I have never seen Walk Away The Pounds Walk and Jog routine. Ill have to look for that one.

              Urban.... I am on the other end and having the little end of cycle headaches. The older I get the longer they last. Sick of them!
