After being depressed about my TOM weight and being an obessive scale junkie, I bought a tape measure yesterday. Reading the article "why scales lie" was a real eye opener. I did take my measurements today and stored them in mybodycomp. It was interesting to see the report on that too. I will start taking my measurements once every two weeks now hoping that will motivate me.
Is this how often I should be measuring? I know I won't be a tape measure junkie. It takes too long to measure everything.
