    Hey, babe, I saw you posted yesterday's menu on the strict induction thread.

    What were your total calories and percentages? And what the heck is your bmr?

        oh, hrmm... lessee....

        yesterday was:
        Total: 1325 Fat: 89 805 63% Sat: 32 291 23% Poly: 13 116 9% Mono: 36 320 25% Carbs: 10 26 2% Fiber: 4 0 0% Protein: 114 456 35% Alcohol: 0 0 0%
        How do you do your BMR? I'm not sure what mine is!

          Go to your fitday account. Go to "activities". Look at the box with all of the calories. The basal one is on it. That's your number.
