What are all of your exercise DVD favorites? I haven't yet started an exercise program and need to get on the ball. I bought Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds for Abs and need to get started. What do you all recommend for Beg/Int. levels that you like?

Also, what got you off your duff to start exercising? I need some motivation. I have my DVD but need to play it and actually start moving.

I do the only ones I have right now

Leslie Sansone's - Walk Away The Pounds (Walk and Jog)

Leslie Sansone's You can DO! Abs

Pilates Basics Step by Step, 20 min workout and the Accelerated Body Sculpting.

"what got you off your duff to start exercising?"

Seeing all the results that people are getting here...as in they weigh around what I do ...and I'm wearing bigger sized clothes. I'm guessing its because they are more toned than me. Sooooo.....

I wish the library had these workout videos. NOOOO they carry everything else... videos are out of budget for me, but for a while I was able to tivo the early morning ones they show when no one is awake to do them!

I own several of the Leslie Sansone tapes/DVD's but am looking into the Yoga Booty Ballet.

I have also realized that putting on a great dance CD and just dancing for the entire thing, sometimes a second one really gets my heart pumping and it is fun at the same time.

                  Great post!

I have and love using all of the Walk Away the Pounds. I also have Winsor Pilates, but have not gotten into that one yet.

I know its an old one, but I still love my Tae bo videos.

I know I'm dating myself here, but my very favorite VHS ever was Judy Sheppard Misset's 1983 Jazzercize! I miss that workout very much! I hope they re-release it.

That's the bummer! I've looked, Brook! I might look again. I really loved that tape. Charlene Tilton was in it as a teen in one or two of the numbers... I think it was one of her very first "starring roles"! I'll check Ebay again.
