  • Strict Induction Day Two!

(as per Finelly's recommendation, starting today's thread!)

Okay, strict induction folks, how's it going today?

For me, I've had ground lamb and green beans for lunch. Mozzarella string cheese for breakfast. Not drinking enough water yet though. I'm still hungry, so I may make something else to eat. we shall see!

Did everyone make it through yesterday? Anyone need encouragement or a great big ole cheer?

          Re: Strict Induction Day Two!

It's been a good day for me as well. They fed us lunch at work today and I was worried they would have a table of carbs... but they actually had healthy stuff low on carbs. Grilled pork chops, green beans (well they looked like green beans except they were skinnier) and salad. They had other stuff, but I looked the other way.

Had a good workout. Good meals & water. One diet coke ( I had too... I was falling asleep at the meeting) and one glass of crystal lite.

          Knicknack: good job!

JD: Hang in there... it feels like weeks here too... we may be in a time warp?

Nikki: Good job... I try to change up my eggs... omlet one day... scrambled the next... fried the next... its worked for me so far, but I only on day 5...

Day two has gone well. I missed my water and exercise goal on Monday, but I have not strayed from the acceptable foods list in the least. The water and exercise goal for today are looking good.

                  Re: Strict Induction Day Two!

I began my day with some crab for breakfast at work. Lunch was a caesar salad. I also downed 40 oz of water there. Snack when I got home was pepperoni and cheese slices. Dinner ... meatloaf and fauxtatoes. Im finishing up my second 40 oz bottle of water.

Tomorrow I will be up and out of the house by <gulp> 6:30AM to take delivery of groceries at my school. The first few days of getting up that early thus ending my summer break really bite. I truely am a morning person but not until say ..... 7 AM. LOL

I am glad to be back to a routine though. It will help me immensely.

So all in all it was a successful day.
