    Hey fellow Stac members.How's everyone doing today?Day 35 checking in and5days away from day 40.I'm very excited.Not much going on here.Cooked dinner for myself,my roommate and my friend.It was delicious.Baked chicken with green beans.I didn't really eat my vegetables... I really only like brocolli I can't help it.Well that's all for now.Tata

    You're doing SOOOOO well! I just love your daily check-ins.

    I'm with ya about the veggies. I enjoy them usually, but lately I'm really getting sick of them.

      Dang Finelly I'm so jealous.You are so close to onederland can you taste it?I feel so far far away from it.Save me some space when you get there.lol

        Yeah, I'm close to Onederland. But knowing me and how my body has "comfort weights", places where it likes to hover for long periods of time on the way up and the way down, I'm going to be JUST at the edge of 200 for awhile.........

        But hey, the last time it finally did go down, all the way to 184. THIS time, it will go down to 140, I know it, know it, know it. ANd so, dear one, will yours!

          I'm not a big vegetable eater either, usually it is green beens, broccoli, cabbage, or spinach. Do either of you have a menu that you are following?

            Yeah I tend to stick with the same veggies too (boring I know) I eat green beans, broc, cauli, salad greens and mushrooms.

            And the beat goes on..
