My exercise routine consists of:
Monday: 20 minutes of strength training in the morning, 1 hour of Tae Kwon Do at night, and 20 minutes of cardio (DDR) following TKD.
Tuesday: 45 minutes of cardio in the morning, 1 hour of Tae Kwon Do at night.
Wednesday: 20 minutes of strength training in the morning, 1 hour of Judo at night, and 20 minutes of cardio following Judo.
Thursday: 45 minutes of cardio in the morning, 1 hour of Tae Kwon Do at night.
Friday: 20 minutes of strength training in the morning, 45 mintues of cardio in the evening.
Saturday and Sunday: Cardio as I can fit it in. Truth be told, I don't do much exercise on the weekend, but I am typically on the go.
I don't feel like I am getting enough cardio in, and I was thinking about trying pilates; however, I don't know a darn thing about them. I have heard that Windsor Pilates is a pretty good routine, but I am a little unsure as to which product I should buy. Would pilates help to round off my cardio for the week? Please note, the above mentioned would be a perfect week, and while I strive to hit all of my goals, I don't always make it.
Also, how do you folks deal with rough days? I find myself being very hard on myself as of late, and I am having a difficult time looking at the positive aspect of my weight loss thus far, and instead concentrating on what I feel the negatives are.
