After posting that I would do my exercise today, I felt obligated to get it done. I finally dusted off my Walk Away The Pounds for Abs and did the one mile workout. I must say, it was pretty easy. I might try for the 2 mile tomorrow. I do feel better now that I started to exercise. Now I need to keep it up.

Great for you! I am starting back induction today after a three week hiatus.
I don't know what caused me to get burned out but I did, but atkins is the best and easiest weight loss plan that I have ever done.
