      I went back to sleep after I posted and just woke up 15 min ago.

      And I received a major wake-up call. I did not have to pee when I woke up. I mean, nothing.

      I don't know about you, but if I lie down for an hour or three hours or 9 hours, I have to pee when I get up. If I don't, it means I am seriously, seriously dehydrated.

      Which I am, having consumed not one ounce of water for the last 3 days.

      So I am just finishing my first 16.5 oz bottle of water and I am hereby totally committing myself to 64 oz today, if not more. But minimum 64 oz. And it counts, because nobody nagged at me to say "oh, ok". I'm saying it.

        Hi Fam

        I hope everyone is doing ok.....Im doing just fine....School has started so I have been a little scarce.....But doing just fine....will give my results once I have completed a clean induction.

        But doing good and on the move....lol Can't wait to see my results....Im feeling so good....Im gitty....lol Currently almost done with 64 oz....got a late start...

          Hectic first day back in my kitchen. I made it thru the day and ate everything I packed on plan and only have supper to go. Im hungry but not hungry at the same time tonight. Not sure that made any sense at all but its the best I could come up with to explain. Actually, I guess I am just tired and dont want to prepare anything and it doesnt seem like its worth all the bother when I can just skip it. Ketosis at its finest. I will get something though so I dont mess myself up. Keep those sugars steady freddy.

              Today I bought myself a new shirt at Target - one of those satin spaghetti strap numbers in purple. It was an XL, not a fat size. And I look hot in it! Or so my kids tell me. lol.

              DH and I went to the Souplantation for dinner. I had a bottle of water, a bowl of this fantastic cauliflower cheese soup, a caesar salad minus the croutons, and then I made myself a big pile of various lettuces, egg, mushroom, and onions with blue cheese dressing. Absolutely yummy.

              And when dh went for the hot chocolate lava cake with vanilla icecream, I didn't turn a hair...........

              Then we went to Borders and I got a book to read, which always makes me happy. I feel lean and happy right now!
