    Freaky goals

I have a very special goal... I want to go on a tandem skydive on my 37th birthday (next year in May). You need to be in onderland to do it (including all your clothes and shoes). I wanted to do it this year but in 2006 it is going to happen!

My SO is afraid I might get hurt. But I wanted to do this for a long time, he'll have to live with it. And when the time has come I want to be as fit and trim as possible.

Anyone out there with skydiving experience?

      Girl, God Bless You!

If God wanted me to fly, He'd have given me flaps under my arms like a flying squirrel.

      *looks under my arm*

      *wibble wobble*

      Let me rephrase that...

I have no intention of jumping out of a perfectly good airplane - ever.

        LOL

But more power to you!!! I think that's a fantastic goal (for you)! LOL Too cool!

I love flying, but since I have been sensitive to pressure changes all my life it didn't look sensible to me to pursue that as a career ...

I went skydiving (tandem with an instructor) about 5 years ago. I LOVED it and would go again (and probably will when I get under 200.)

It was really amazing, The thing that I tell people is that it didn’t feel like I was falling, it felt like I was floating, it was a really amazing experience.

              Go for it!!!!!
