I don't weigh again until Sept 1. I'm a scale addict, so this has been hard. But so far so good. At the advice of others here, I may just go buy a tape measure soon. I bet your results will be great!!!!

How are you doing with your Atkins? Good for you keeping off that scale! I am a recovering addict and am glad I made the decision to not purchase another one when mine croaked.

Its been hard avoiding the scale, but I feel nervous and anxious about looking. That is not a good sign. So, its away in a cabinet until I can get over these feelings. The first time around it encouraged me. This time around it depresses and frustrates me. So, I've decided that it is truly an evil contraption.

With the other things, I'm still struggling. I just cannot seem to find the willpower and determination I need to succeed. But I refuse to give up. I keep trucking along and if a mistake is made, fine. I move past it.

How are you doing? I've been reading your posts about your meals for the work day! Great pre-planning! How are you liking Curves? I've considered joining there once I've proven to DH that I will exercise religiously and not waste our hard earned money.
