Out of town til Tuesday..

Hi all!

Wanted to say 'have a good weekend' to everyone and give my preemptive support to anyone that needs it! I'm out of town til Tuesday, although I will probably have internet access. So, good luck with the weekend everyone!!!

Hopefully I won't go insane with the food - my friend bought a lot of atkins friendly food, so I plan to be good!

Someone keep an eye on the strict induction daily posts too! I won't be there to start them!

ahhhh, food.

So I've been well since I've been gone:

yesterday:

some cheese and a few peanuts before my flight (it was at 7 am. *gulp*)
two hot dogs and a salad for lunch, chunk of brie
hamburger with bacon and cheddar, tomato slices for dinner

today so far:

two egg omelette with brie
5 pieces of bacon
spinach salad with blue cheese dressing.

dinner might be hard since I am going to a party, but we'll see. I may step out and eat something prior to the event.
