    Had my 2 brekkie muffins for brekkie, (made with egg, cheese, bacon, sausage, ham, green peppers, onion, mushrooms) and lotsa water water water! Ya HEAR that FIN?
    Had 2 buffalo wings so far for lunch. Doing good!

      Cobra Dan, you can make it through this. I was going through the same thing and still haven't lost weight. I did buy my tape measure to track inches this week. I am going to do the 2 wk. tape measure challenges now. BTW, do you own an AC Cobra??? My husband and I own one.

        Yes, you are right (a replica) with a 302. We couldn't afford a real one! Here is a picture to our Shelby Cobra. It is the one on the right. The red one is our friends car. http://pjade1.tripod.com/ Not the best picture but it is steel blue with silver stripes.

        I am a huge Mustang fan too. I used to own a '66 coupe and an '89 GT covertible. Someday, I would like a '69 Mach I.

        Well, back on the subject of . I hope you are feeling better about yourself. Hang in there. The weight will come off.

          Good morning fellow STACers It's 4pm and allllll is well. (Okay - I didn't get to sleep for squat, but no sense in being owly about it. LOL)

          Weighless: Hope you enjoyed your morning! And as for winter - Well, I own a commercial trucking and snow plowing company & 75% of our years business is done in the wintertime. You can blame all the wishes for snow (or as I prefer to call it "white gold") on me, and you may absolutely wish for all your snow to head for me and my crews! The snow feeds a lot of people, ya know! LOL And mama needs new shoes!!

          Shera- I hope you're able to help your mom get back on track with her meds and quickly. I'm sorry for the additional stress in your life. Thinking of you both and sending a prayer. And hon, your wrong about not worrying about what you're eating and here's why. You need to take good care of yourself now more than ever. It's in times of stress that we really need our strength and our resolve and even more so when someone we love is relying on us to help them through times they can't get through on their own. You will not be as strong or as good for your mom when you're not taking good care of yourself as you will if you are - and you know that to be true. Hang in there and know that we're behind you all the way!!

          Terry : Hope you got back home quickly and got the house work knocked out. It really does pile up quickly, doesn't it?!! How'd the workout go?

          Hey Tom It's okay to be human and have something come up once in awhile, but I understand being frustrated with missing the exercise goal all too well! I'm hear ya on the over-eatin thing too - and will elaborate more on that in a minute.. lol

          Star: You're doing fantastic!!! And can I come over for breakfast tomorrow? heh

          Well, Wednesdays mark the day of the week my entire schedule flipflops. Since midnight last night, I had 1 thick slice of Spongebob's bread with 1 ounce of cinnamon almond cream cheese spread on it (mmmmm), with a cup of coffee and cream at about 1am. I got home from work at 9:30am and made myself a two egg omelette with 3 1/2 ounces of chicken, 1.5 ounces cheese, 1 ounce of tomato, 1 ounce of mushrooms, and a slice of Spongebob's bread with butter and coffee. I waited for an hour before I went to bed cuz I just couldn't eat and go lay down - it goes against everything I know! LOL But my totals for the day already come up to 1300 calories! Oy vey! And I still have to eat before work. Ugh.

          As soon as I'm done going through the boards here, I'm going to go workout and then make my family dinner. I have to be back at work by 10pm.

          Ahh. And these are the days of my life. LOL

            Well, I managed to get a few things done around the house, go to work until dd had to be taken to her bank and job then ran home, made dinner, walked and am trying to get a few more things done before bed.......... which wont be until after picking dd up from work at 10. We are also putting together a newsletter tonight that we print and mail each month for a group we volunteer for.

            Water.................. down. Got 40 oz in and am going to fill a second bottle and get the other 40 in this evening.
            Food........... skipped breakfast and had a steaksub no roll for lunch
            Dinner..... chicken and veggies
            Supps.......... check

            memo to self.... should make a trip to the grocery store soon!

              I'm doing SNAZZ! Was up allll last night with Vomitzilla, but aside from that, life can smack me upside the head and call me Loulabelle and I'll take second helpings of that action!

              I've stayed on plan all day and will exercise tonight too!

              It's good to be back!
