Yesterday was my second day in a row of exercising. I guess I have officially started my exercise program. The first day I did one mile of Walk the Pounds Away for Abs with the resistance band and yesterday, I upped it to the two mile workout. I thought one mile was too easy but now that I am doing the two mile with more movement, I can really feel it.
I will probably go back and forth between the two, depending on how I feel. I am also planning on starting the Winsor Pilates workouts on alternate days. Hopefully, this will help me lose some inches and the weight.
I think the hardest thing about exercising is starting it. Those DVD's sure spent alot of time on the shelves collecting dust. Now they have finally made it to the DVD player with me in front of them exercising!!! Thanks to all the motivation you all have given me.
