    Hi Guys

    Just checking in for the day. Am feeling pretty good today. I had a delicious dinner of sausages, courgettes, a couple of slices of onion and faux potato (with garlic cheese) and it was GOOOOOD!

    I definitely think variation is the key to this diet so will be stepping up those rungs this time instead of staying on induction for three months!

          Hi - sorry! Keep forgetting you guys don't call them courgettes!
          I am fine with the water thanks Sarah - luckily, I have always loved the stuff so drink about 7 pints a day!
