Just checking in for the day. Am feeling pretty good today. I had a delicious dinner of sausages, courgettes, a couple of slices of onion and faux potato (with garlic cheese) and it was GOOOOOD!
I definitely think variation is the key to this diet so will be stepping up those rungs this time instead of staying on induction for three months!
