    Hello
    Just checking in. Very chuffed as have been really strict this week. Only one more week of induction to go - yippee!
    Hope you all have a good weekend. Will try and pop back later but it's difficult at the weekends as hubby is always on the PC!

    Way to go, Zarabelle! I'm so proud of you! I can't wait to see how you'll end up at 2 weeks!

    I'm down to 244 right now, so I've lost 15 pounds since Wednesday! I've been sick, though, so it is water weight I'm sure.

      Good morning, everyone

      Just got home from work. Ahhhhh. I'm exhausted and need a few hours sleep in a bad sort of way.

      Eating could be better for the last couple of days - but will get that back in check as of tonight/tomorrow morning. My weigh in for the end of induction is on Monday. I'm hoping that I drop down to 161-162, but I'm not optimistic My body really likes this 163-164 stuff & has proven it to me extensively in the past (was stalled here for 14 weeks the first time!). So I'm crossing my fingers.

      Being today started at 12am for me, I've already got 60oz of water down for the day. I'll be going dancing tonight, so no workout videos for me today! hehe

      Cleo = THAT ROCKS!! Woohoo for you!!

            I have taken dd to work, grocery shopped, visit parents, gone to the local veggie stand and got some cauliflour................. wonderful heads for 2 bucks each (great buy), cucumbers and some blueberries for the kids. Also some mums to plant outside.

            Not a drop of water yet.............. yikes......better get started. BLT's for lunch planned and steak strips with salad for dinner. Not sure Im gonna get a walk in today.... will see. Lots to do to get ready for work next week and tomorrow we will be gone all day. Will definately get LOTS of walking in tomorrow with what I am doing then.

              Terry makes me sick with all of her activity today and I am going to use the excuse "it's several hours earlier in California" to explain why I am just now up and drinking my first cup of coffee.

              I had a great day yesterday. Finally got the house under control, my dh actually has enough clean socks and underwear to make it through more than the next 10 hours, and the dust bunnies I am raising and breeding are all coralled (sp?) (Anyone want to buy a purebread dust bunny? They're cheap, they are not very active, and you always know where to find them)

              I have no idea what I'm doing today except I have to take my younger daughter to work in an hour. I'm seriously considering doing another load of dishes, but that seems sort of silly given that they will get dirty again within 24 hours.

                Terry had no choice but to run her a$$ off all day long today. Im using my ADBB addiction for a break excuse now though!

                Im jealous Fin. I really wanted to lounge around all day long and enjoy my very last day of vacation with a big old glass...several big old glasses of lemon water. Aint gonna happen.

                Oh and add to the list today........ target practice with some local red squirrels. Seems they suddenly have an insatiable taste for the clothes I hang out on the line.....

                GRRRRRRR

                (Disclaimer here........No.... to all animal lovers of the planet out there... I am not shooting those %$^#%&$##%^ squirrels... But dont tempt me......... They also have made hamburger out of my shed this summer. I could be talked into it......... pretty easily right now.......

                    Just checking in, here. I can't stop peeing. And I haven't drunk that much water. I think it's a daytime whooshie. Do you hear me complaining? I thought not.

                    I'm being lazy, just lying around reading. But I suppose at some point I'll have to get up and DO something..........just not yet!

                        Hello all Brook...you look great!! Your site is a total inspiration.

                        Well...Ive been on Atkins again since Monday...lost 3 pounds so far...but then this morning felt bloated and somewhat off. Looks like I gained back one pound. Sooo...I think I wasnt drinking enough water...cause I know that decaf coffee and flavored with Splenda waters dont count. So...none of that...and plenty of water...and I hope to kick it back in gear.

                        Its in the 90s here....and by the middle of next week it will be going down ...

                        I hope everyone has a great weekend....
