    Good Morning!

Well...Its almost 4:30 and Im headed out. I will be walking a course helping to judge a tractor trailer competition all day long so this definately is a good exercise day for me. Although, I would have been much happier if it were a little closer to home and I could have slept a little longer.

    HAve a great day everyone!

Goodmorning. I'm doing good, up kinda too early and feeling optimistic for the day.

Good morning, Terry.... and an early morning at that heh.

            I am doing excellent.

I just made an omelet for breakfast with mushrooms, an ounce of assorted cheese, and roasted pepper pico de gallo.

I will be hitting the shower and heading out to pick up my suppliments after a little exercise.

I have not missed a water goal since day two and even then managed my 64 oz.

Heck, I feel damn good today.

More important, however, how is everyone else?

You're all doing great. Keep up the good work.

              Good morning, everyone!

              Way to go, gorda!

Emsifer, you are a good cook! Mmmmm!

I'm doing GREAT! I'm down more weight, but I'm not going to officially weigh in until tomorrow to change my signature line. I feel really good, so I know I'm on that ketosis high! I have all sorts of energy and I'm feeling like I could tackle the world and give it a noogie right now!

                Hi everyone!

Today is my last day of vacation and I'm torn between wanting to stay home and veg and run errands and prepare for tomorrow's food, and going to the beach.

I may try to do both.

I feel good. I realized I have not been eating as much veggies as I thought - for some reason, I wasn't adding my afternoon spinach - so I'm going to get back on track and make sure I take enough tomorrow to be able to get them all in.

                Life is gooooooood!

                  Ooooh, kay!

Went to coffee and shopping with daughter (bought the most adorable denim purse at Mervyns, omg!) then grocery shopping, then home because it is too HOT to be outside!

I have my sour cream thingy and a pumpkin casserole in the oven, eggs boiled for devilled eggs, and will start chopping cucumber later. I aim to have 5 days worth of food packed in tupperware and ziplock baggies to take to school this week before the night is done. Not to mention sandwiches, etc for the kids' lunches, so we can just grab and go.

I'm about to go work out with said daughter.

While I grieve the end of my vacation, I'm really looking forward to my new teaching position at a new school. And, heck, this is just prep week, so I have a really long weekend before the kids arrive in the classroom! Easing in to it, so to speak.

I just gave myself a facial peel and when we finish working out, we will sit in the jacuzzi and then the sauna, where I will slather on moisturizer and hair conditioner and emerge feeling clean and oh-so beautiful!!!!!! My skin is in such good condition on this woe, and half of it must be because of the daily work I do on it in the sauna.......I never took care of my body this way before Atkins.

Hope everyone has a great evening. I'm tuned in to CNN and Foxnews, watching the storm come in, and praying that everyone will be ok.
