    First week results and check-in

    Good morning all! Hope you are all well. It's a bank holiday here in the UK and the sun is shining

    I am so happy - after one week on induction, I am down 9 pounds!!! Over 10% of my weight loss goal achieved in one week

    Currently doing couch to 5K program to start running and loving it Check out 'Get Running' if you have an iPhone.

          WONDERFUL! That's like giving birth to a large baby in one week!
