  • Would like to waist away a bit more

    Well I seem to lose weight easy on my hips and boobs But nothing seems to come off my waist . I know I am apple shape but would dearly love to lose more inches on my waist. I swim for an hour once a week and walk about 3 quarter a mile a day 4 times a week. Bit restricted with excercise as I have severe arthiritus of right hip (waiting for hip op).
    So why do I lose the inches from the hips and boobs but not the waist

    It's hard to spot-melt, partially because those parts of our body which are genetically 'supposed' to hold the weight are the places we generally gain first and lose last.

    For me it's my thighs and hips!

    Keep exercising and working the Atkins WOE and soon enough you'll be trim and fit.

      So why do I lose the inches from the hips and boobs but not the waist

      Measuring every 2 weeks
      As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!



      Minimum 45 min cardio per day
