Well I seem to lose weight easy on my hips
and boobs
But nothing seems to come off my waist
. I know I am apple shape but would dearly love to lose more inches on my waist. I swim for an hour once a week and walk about 3 quarter a mile a day 4 times a week. Bit restricted with excercise as I have severe arthiritus of right hip (waiting for hip op).
So why do I lose the inches from the hips and boobs but not the waist
