Here we go again, time to get myself back in line and back on board. As some of you may know I did good before but then my brother died and I lost it. I came back and tried, I really did, but my mind was just not ready. Then I had the horse accident and that layed me up for 4 weeks. Now 6 months later I believe I am finally ready to start again. I am one of the lucky ones, I did great on this woe in January/February and lost quite a bit of weight and a lot of inches. I went to the gym Friday for the first time in 6 months and let them weight and measure me. I have only gained 1 pound since leaving atkins and 4 inches (2 of which are in my belly of course). Amazingly I have lost a lot of body fat however....I am down 14% body fat. I have been more active and doing a lot more at my boyfriend's farm. I am honestly going to give it my all again, I know this woe works, it did before, and it did quickly. I started on induction again this morning. And I am seriously thinking about boot camp again because it helped so much last time. Anyways I just wanted to introduce myself again.
