  • First week results

    Today starts week number 2 for me. I have lost 5 pounds so far. I have goals for myself....to lose 10 a month until xmas to reach my first goal of 150...but at this rate..I may end up meeting my complete goal by then...I would only need to lose 15 pounds per month. But I wanted to go low in case of stalls.

    Havent measured anything yet. I need to get a new measuring tape.

    I still feel very tired and run down...but I wonder if its because of the heat that returned here....90s etc. Whew!

    WONDERFUL result! you must be totally jazzed.

    If it's not the heat that's causing you to feel run down, it may be an upcoming whooshie..........make sure you are taking all of your supplements and drinking your water.

            Yay!! Congrats on the loss!!

            Don't forget that weight loss tends to slow down as you get closer to goal
