Hi guys - this is my first "check-in" since joining the board.
I had been see-sawing between the same 3 pounds for the last week (grrrr!) and I have finally dropped below the seesaw #!
Yay!
This morning I was a solid 137.
Take that you rotten plateau!
I'm making my shopping list now & then I will be making some meals for the week.
I'm off to the awesome recipe forum to do some research.
