    Thank you, Sarah! {{{sarah}}}

    *extra disco hip bumps*

I can't wait to see what 2 weeks looks like! Granted, I wish I'd just stayed on Atkins properly all along instead of futzing around. Lessons learned and I'm moving forward.

Thanks for your woohoos! They add to my happyhappies!

Ok Cleo. You're going to have to share your diet, water intake, vitamins/supplements and exercise. 19 lbs in 5 days must be the record. I noticed that you joined the 6 week exercise challenge (late) but I can't find any of your exercise postings.

Don't make me come over there!

Sarah-- really, that is so nice of you to say that. I honestly don't look to inspire anyone so much as to give back so much that I've received here at ADBB! I'm only where I am because of my friends here. Thank you for your support, love and kindness. It is really inspiring!

wannabethintoo-- Hey! Don't make me give away all my secrets!

          1) Bloat really huge before starting Atkins due to salt intake and poor diet.
          2) Be a total fatty fatso and you're guaranteed to lose more weight than someone closer to goal
          3) I follow the 2002 version of Atkins to the letter. Dr Atkins did all the work. All we have to do is follow what he told us to do.
          4) I have to remember that calories count, too. The last time I did Atkins, I ate about 1,000 calories a day (literally) in mayonnaise alone and wondered why I wasn't losing that quickly. *LOL*
          5) I exercise 5 times a week now, but when I signed up for the challenge I was already late and not yet committed to this WOE fully in mind and body and spirit (Yay team) so I profusely apologized to her and told her I'd see her in the next challenge. Am I still listed there at the board as being in the challenge?!

          D'oh!

I do take vitamins, but I'm sure that doesn't matter. I drink a lot but I'm sure that's no different than anyone else, either!

What kind of details are those? The book is open to interpretation and has a lot of: avoid too much of this and that...I want quantities. Ex. how much cheese to you eat?

Give me a sample of what you eat in a day....yesterday for example. And specifically what type of exercise.

All right then! So you're not part of the challenge! I was starting to worry that my ribbon would be lost to you. Woo hoo!

LOL wanna-- you'll never lose to me! You'd kick my fanny!

I eat my 3 cups of veg a day, and keep my ratios at 65% fat and 35% protein, and 5% carb. I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. Other than that, there's no hard or fast rule. I don't eat that many calories a day right now because I'm just not hungry, and that might be partially why I'm losing so much as well. I know my apetite will kick back in and my weight loss will slow. As for cheese, I don't exceed 3 ounces a day, and I stay away from fungus and other things which exascerbate the candida albicans.

Well that's what I do too so that doesn't help me much.

I've been stalled for the longest time and then I lost 2 lbs...whoopie!

Well you must be really excited eh? What is your prediction for total loss during the 2 weeks of induction?

wannab-- but what are your measurements looking like? You're looking mighty thin to me! Girl, I stall out quite a bit once I get to about 220. I was stuck at 217 for what seemed like forever! Induction is the time I actually do pretty ding danged well. When you go from eating 4,000 calories a day to 1200 or less you are bound to lose weight! LOL
