    I hope no one minds me starting this thread - thing is, I'm in England so usually check-in before a thread has been started

    It's a lovely sunny day here in Surrey. Feeling good. Lots of housework to do today which should burn some extra calories!!

    today was my weigh in day. i'm the same as i was last tuesday. i'm upset and discouraged... but i'm keeping at it.

        Good Morning!!

        Its my last day of heading out by 7. As of tomorrow I leave the house at 6:15 so actually have a few minutes to check in this morning.

        Zara! Its a not so nice gray rainy day here for us and if you get your cleaning all done you can come and play catch up on mine!

        Cobra..... Have you ever considered a longer bit of time in between weighings?

        God Bless anyone that was down south yesterday. From what I am seeing on the news this morning it isnt looking very good for our friends down there.....

          Good Morning all!

          Somewhat of a dreary raining day here. No big plans other than getting my water and exercise in and trying to keep my appetite in check....it's been horrible this past weekend. Stayed eating all legal foods...but am sure I went over on my cheese (eating cr. cheese) allowance this weekend. Hoping that maybe a whoosie is in site for me as to why I have been so hungry lately. Wishing ketosis would work with me as in keeping it in check...but it never has worked in keeping my appetite down.

            Good morning!

            I'm getting ready to go, but thought I'd stop for 7 minutes and check in here and see what is happening on the STACked forum.

            My weight is up today after yesterday's 201, which I attribute to, um, that one thing that hasn't happened yet today and also some fluid retention because of yesterday's water debacle. However, due to a certain challenge re: water by a certain member in San Juan Capistrano, I SHALL get in my 80 oz today and that will take care of THAT!

            Ok, weird dream report: I dreamed that TOM came for the third time in three weeks. How's THAT for a nightmare? lol

              Today is better than yesterday....Mom is getting better, therefor I am feeling better. Im still struggling with what im eating, ate two lil plums today, they were 4 carbs each, but I plan to be strong for the rest of the day. When I was first on this WOE I ate a piece of fruit everyday and still dropped 30 pounds in no time. Hopefully if i keep pushin my water, STOP EATING PIZZA and get to the gym, it will all melt off again

                  Morning all!

                  Doing so-so here. Feeling tired. My little guy has chosen to get up by 5 a.m. several times in the past couple of weeks. (I am so not a morning person). This has also interfered with my exercise routine. Got me a little down. Seems like one thing after another. Honestly, I'm almost welcoming the end of summer so that I can settle down into a routine. (I cannot believe I'm typing those words - I HATE winter).

                    Good morning everyone!!! I am proud of myself today- I didn't eat cereal before I went to bed and went to Ninfa's for dinner last night and didn't eat any chips or anything bad. It is not worth that couple minutes of rebellion (eating bad) compared to how good I feel after saying no!!! Have a great day.

                      Hi, checking in. Boss is back and is keeping US busy while HE is trying to catch up!


                      My weight is way up despite no cheating. I know it's water, my hands and feet are real swollen. Guess I've been eating too many high sodium foods but that stops today. I still can't exercise like I want to. If my foot doesn't start feeling better soon I'm going to check with the doctor to find out how LONG it's going to be!

                      I've already drank 1.5 liters water so far and will make a gallon easy. I'll probably drink 1.5 gallons before the day is done.

                      Anyway, I'm trying to stay positive even though the scale says I've gained all my weight back and I didn't even have anything to make it worth it. Being out of town last weekend didn't help but I thought I did real well. Guess I didn't!

                      I'll be out of town next weekend again. I'll stay the course but having the scales and tape measure going in the wrong direction is NOT helping things!

                        Waiting for that witch Katrina to get here......

                        I shouldn't complain..we're just supposed to get 2-5 inches of rain.

                        But...I have already had 80 oz's of water.

                          Hi to all Still no computer at home...can't boot up...so I'm talking from work. It's gloomy, rainy and very humid here today...blecch!

                          Doing ok, but still very tired. Didn't sleep well and was up and down every couple of hours...snacked a little extra last night...all legal of course but I'm trying not to do that. I think it's because my sleep pattern is screwed up and that is making me feel hungry. Who knows....

                          Did 40 minute Pilates Tape this morning and it felt great! Does help wake you up a little. Had to be careful with the weight part as I lifted last night at the gym and I know the muscles need recovery time.

                          Hope everyone has a great afternoon!

                            Doing okay today. So far have resisted the siren call of the candy bowl in the office next to me.. thats what I get for cheating, is all these things sound good again.

                            On plan so far with food and water. Had a good job interview last night, and a good talk with the ex this morning. He sounds sad and sorry for what he has done to our family, but that never lasts very long. I keep praying though.. maybe someday it will stick. Talking to him always puts me in a tailspin and sends me for comfort food. Long story, longer history, and still not sure what God would have me do about it, which is what really gets me all worked up.

                            First day of school was yesterday, and by all accounts, school went well. Still not thrilled with the child care program. I worked in a quality before and after program for years as a Director, so this grates every nerve I have. The answer I keep getting to all my questions is, we are a recreational program, so we arent licensed... Do you have to licensed to follow nationally acknowledged standards and best practices?

                            This job I interviewed for last night would let me take them in the mornings, and they would only be there an hour in the afternoons. So that would be nice. It is a really good job, same pay, benes, close to the kids' school, and a per file closing bonus, woohooo.

                            Still waiting to hear from AZ to. Dont know what I will do if offered a job here, and THEN hear from AZ. Not sure I am ready or able to go back to contact and communication with the DH. We will see.

                            I am rambling, cause I am bored. SOrry folks. Stay tuned for more life story tommorrow...

                              Checking in finally! I am so glad this forum exists and that everyone is here! It really is good to have a home to come to with people who've been right where I've been...and, well, where I am! *lol*
