    Good morning All

    It's a glorious day here in England - should reach 33 degrees today which is pretty good for Blighty!

    I am still on track - not long of induction left to go now....

    Am off to see my old school friend this afternoon which will be nice.

    Good Morning Zara!

    ITs gonna be about 95 here, wet and windy. We are expected to get remnants from the hurricane that so obliterated the south over here. Nothing anywhere near what they got but more wind and rain than I want to see and hope for no loss of power.

    But first I am off to work in just a few minutes.

    Eating.................on plan
    Water............... 2 1/2 quarts packed
    Supps............... packed to take with lunch
    Exercise................. If I have time between work and a meeting this afternoon... a walk

    So glad to be back to work but this first week is a bugger.

      Good Morning from a sunny UK,

      I'm restarting Induction today, after a week of 'thinking' I was doing good...but have found that the pork rinds I have been eating have had sugar in them .

      I could have cried...no wonder I have increased in weight by 2 lbs!!

      It will get better, it can only get better...but boy the first few days is a killer
      for me .

        Good morning!

        Sally - How awful. One would think pork rinds were sort of ALWAYS sugar-free.

        Terry - I know what you mean!

        Zara - good job this week!

        I'm up. Sleepy and wish I could go back to bed. But, I can't.

        Today my dh is coming with me to help set up my classroom. I need him to help me figure out where to put furniture, etc. I'm running out of time to get all this done! yikes!

        Got my food prepared. Got my water. Will exercise in the evening if not too tired.

          Today is a good day... Mom is better, I actually woke up on time this morning, and ATE BREAKFAST for once!! I have my killer headache but i can deal with that!

            Sally! Don't start induction again because of some sugar in pork rinds. Check the signs: are you still in ketosis? Chances are, you are. Just exercise a little more today, drink a little extra water and keep going!

                Hi Guys!!! I have found myself slacking for the past copuple of days... However, today I will drink 100 oz of water and I will not eat anything not on induction!!!!! We are going to OZZFEST tonight and I am not going to drink- it will be rough but I need to do it!!!!!

                  I follow the strict 2002 version of the DANDR for induction, exercise, drink my water and am reallllllly fat!

                  This week has been heckola on wheels for this carb junkie, girlfriend. I never want to relive it again!

                  The last time I started Atkins (a year ago), I did the 1983 version of the book and ate as much as I wanted to... I didn't lose so much then and I had more to lose. The 2002 version is the key for me.

                        Well hello. Started drinking my H20 early today, not drinking enough is the reason I was holding onto water, & feeling all fatter.

                          Today is going well. I can feel my body holding on to water, but that's ok, weigh in isn't until next Monday.

                          Water: 80 oz. / Check
                          Food: Not the best day. I had a little cocktail sauce that I am sure had sugar. I also drank a diet coke.
                          Exercise: Nada
                          Suppliments: Check

                          How is water coming along, Finelly?

                          *Edit* Today turned out to be a so-so day. I am a little disappointed in my dinner choices (the cocktail sauce and diet Coke), but there is no point crying over spilled milk. I won't make the same mistake again. *Edit*

                            hello! i'm here too! worked out for on the elliptical for a 25 minutes today hooray! today is my day off of classes and i am totally enjoying it. i already feel so overwhelmed from my classes!! ahhh i didn't really think that the jump to grad school would be so hard!! anyone who has or is currently in grad school oh man would i love to hear some encouragement or that i really WILL survive ha. other than school things are going fine. i miss my bf but am keeping my head up. ha okay sorry all of this has been sort of depressing. i am doing good i swear!!! happy hump day!

                              Eating my chicken and getting ready to attack my salad. Most all of my water weight is gone and the gallon+ I have today ought to get me back to normal.... so I can do it again this weekend!

                              I'm riding to Vegas with some friends and staying with my sister-in-law. Of course, I'll be trying to win that million! HAHA!!! I'll stay on track with eating but I usually end up not getting enough water. BUT...... I will NOT stray!

                              Cleo, 21 pounds! Sheesh! That's almost half the weight I want to lose! Now really *stomping foot* inquiring minds want to know how. I have noticed that if I use oil & lime juice for my salad dressing instead of my blue cheese/ranch, I do better. But I can't bring myself to give it up YET!!

                              Well, hope y'all have a great Wednesday! HUMP DAY!!
