Hello
I'm confused! Doesn't take much!
When I asked the question about low carb alternatives - shakes, breads, pancake mixes etc. on the Induction forum I was told there was not really a place for them and to eat real food etc. etc.
Thing is.... when reading DANDR, he sometimes suggests having a shake (even on induction) and also says that if you really do crave something then to have the low carb alternative.
Now I know that generally it is better to stick to real food and I certainly am planning to do that but do you really have to wait until you are on the grain rung of OWL until you have low carb bread for example? I certainly used frankenfoods the last time I did Atkins and had no problem at all.
Last time, I did induction strictly for two weeks and then did a modified induction - allowed myself a couple of low carb drinks at the weekend and some frankenfoods very occassionally. Does no one do this anymore?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
