sorry, there really was no other way to say it...

everyone always talks about a whoosie being where you pee all day and lose a bunch of weight.

can this happen with poo too?

seems like i poo once every other day since restarting atkins... today i went 3 times.

yep poop has weight too but whooshie is when your body has ben replacing the lost fat molecules with fluid molecules giving ther scale illusion that not fat loss was occuring until one day the biochem interferrence of those said fluids exceeds your individual body's tolerence and it released a fluid releasing chemical into the blood stream forcing your tissues to give up thiose fluids which you then urinate out and poof the sclaes match the loss you have been seeing on the tape measure and feeling in your clothes.

Poop weight loss has nothing to do with fat weight loss.

i was thinking that the reason the scale hasn't moved for me is because i've been blocked up. who knows.

I think the difference is that a whooshie is not the same as the body's usual elimination method, and therein lies the term 'whooshie'. Like 2big said.

Yours isn't a whooshie in the technical sense, but it is still a welcome weight loss!

so you were morphing your body by added fecal mass as you lost fat mass and the scales didn't change? Well now that it has been a few days and your empty intestines have refilled has the weight stayed off? If so them just maybe you have a new fairy there.

I always thought that too...I was taking milk of magnesium to make myself "go" because I figured that that was fat in my poo in my intestines that needed to come out...ok ok now I get it...I do pee a lot..I mean alot like 10 times a day sometimes maybe more...I do drink alot of fluids tho...
