Hey everyone.Sorry if it seems like I've been MIA but I've been soooooo busy plus I was sick for a while but I'm better now.Today is my birthday and a couple of good things and bad things happened.Since I'm accountable,I'm going to be honest.My roommmates bought me a cake yesterday and I had half a slice.That's not even a problem becuase it tasted nasty and it did not incite any cravings in me like I thought.Today I got up and continued on as if it never happened only because this has become such a habit for me.It didn't even cross my mind to keep eating unhealthy food.I didn't feel bad or guilty at all,which really surprised me because I was scared that I would start feeling this way and then become uncontrollable but no.Needless to say,I am back to a clean induction starting today.The good news is that I have lost more weight,now I'm even closer to Onederland,and I was able to wear the shirt my sister gave me a month a go that was tight.I vowed to wear it on my birthday and I am wearing it right now as I type.I am very very happy about that.That is all the motivation I need to kick my a** into gear.So I'm starting back on a clean induction today,and after that I definitely have to move on to OWL because I'm starting to become bored on extended induction.Wish my luck everyone,and good luck to everyone as well.
