    Hi everyone

    Not feeling too great today (TOM ) but getting on with it! Having a quiet (well as quiet as it can be with a five month old!!) day today.

    Good morning! I'm sore after spending all day in the classroom yesterday moving furniture, cleaning, and setting up. Today is staff development all day, so we'll be doing a lot of sitting.

    I'm feeling good. Got in my water yesterday and I am hoping to do the same today. I'm bringing good stuff to eat and stop to have a little snack mid-morning and before I leave for home at 2:30, so my energy level is good.

    Hope everyone else has a great day. Sorry about the TOM thing, Zara! That's what heating pads were made for...........

      Its Thursday YAY! One more day till a 3 day weekend... WooOt Woot!!!
      Today is day 3....No cheating, dont plan on it. I am feeling much better today, my headache has just about gone away, hopefully my flu is over! Hope everyone has a good day!

      Zara, heating pads and hot shower usually do the trick for me.

        Good Morning Everyone! It's finally a nice day here...no more humidity. Feeling good as I finally slept better. No late night snacks either

        Have all my legal meals with me and already started on the water. Plan to walk during lunch hour...have been doing it every day, weather permitting.

          Yesterday I had a literal flu. I felt terrible! Yick! But today I'm alllll about the being better, so woohoo!

            I am feeling great this morning. I got my new hard drive for my laptop yesterday and now how internet access at night! Wooooooo Hoooooooo!!!! Back to the ADBB in evenings!

            I still haven't lost weight but I know I have lost inches, so that is great news. I think I am just in a good mood today. I didn't have time to pack breakfast for work but I do have my tuna salad for lunch. I guess I will have to try and get full on water this morning instead. I forgot to go to the ATM last night or I would have bought some breakfast at our cafeteria. They do cater to lo carb, which is nice.

            I am looking forward to dinner. I took some steaks out to marinade and BBQ outside. I just love this WOE.

              Good morning everyone.

              I feel like a balloon today, but I am doing pretty well. I ate too many vegetables yesterday... I think I ate too much yesterday in general, but at least it was induction legal. Well, truth be told, I imagine the cocktail sauce I had with dinner had a little sugar in it. Monday will be my two week mark, but I think I am going to stay in induction for another two super strict weeks before moving into OWL.

              I will edit this later with my update for the day.

                Hello all

                Zara...Im with you with TOM...I started mine late last night....8 days early lol... ( time to get some advil going I think)....

                Im still at 5 pounds lost but not gaining even with my period here so I guess thats a good thing. Im drinking water like its going out of style lol...

                The weather is gorgeous here. Going to work in the garden over the weekend. Hope we make some big sales at our store...need the mula!

                  Home for the day finally. Glad to be back in the groove but it takes a week of it to adjust. Im ready for bed and its only 4:00! Think Ill get a walk in and get some blood moving.

                  I got in 1 1/2 quarts of water and need to chug the same to be reach at least 96 oz for the day. Food.... eh ..... ok... Im really hungry and am sure Ill eat a good dinner shortly. Need to scour the fridge. Its time to get grocery shopping or theres gonna be a pretty bare kitchen here very soon.

                      Hello all...thought i would finally introduce myself....been lurking for a bit! I am finishing my first 2 weeks back on induction (took a 4 month break...oops)..........This week my scale did not budge...but the tape measure did...Thank God i was measuring this time around!

                      A few questions for whoever wants to answer....

                      I saw the 'TOM' posts....is it normal to not have your weight move or gain with your TOM?? for some reason -- i was thinking that since i don't seem to be retaining h2O....it shouldn't make a difference -- but....it seems to.....

                      also-- for any of you out there who run/jog....i had started following the couch to 5k program...i'm still plugging away, but 3 weeks into it, i am DEAD tired afterwards...like, not just muscle tired - but can barely function & keep my eyes open tired....normally, after a small adjustment -- excercise peps me up....

                      any advice or ideas??? didn't know if this may have to do with the lack of carb-fuel ready -- though truthfully, i think i may have enough fat stores to fuel a small city!

                      any thoughts are welcome!

                        The 1st of the month & working at the welfare office does not make for a great day. I did not stick to the induction rules to say the least, but unlike my usual response to going off my "diet", I made a decission not to get bogged down by a bad decission & just get right back into it. I don't think I did much damage & even if I did no need to keep adding to it huh, here's hoping for a better days to come.
