    What is all this talk about being strict and clean without including me? That's the only way to do it! Count me in, ladies.

      I'm in too!!! I've been on re-induction for almost 4 weeks and no cheats. I'll continue with extended induction with everyone and maybe this time I can do OWL without screwing up

          I was at a long boring class at work and I thought to myself, I will go to the snack machine and get a chocolate candy bar so that I will have some energy to stay awake in class and not fall asleep. Well, that is what I used to do all the time. Then as I got to the snack machine, I realized, I can not have a candy bar on this WOE. So then I looked inside the machine and lo and behold, I saw a double stick of salami!!!! So I bought that for my snack. It did not keep me awake for the boring class but I did learn that your brain still plays tricks on you, out of bad habits. I wasn't even craving it but my brain told me to get one out of habit.

          I am glad common sense came along for me too.

            I'm so glad you could share it! It will help someone who doesn't think about habits sometimes... until it's too late and mr Vendymachinepants has eaten their $1 bill!

                I had a root around the testing/tech forum and found this readymade cheatfree blinkie you could use

                The coding is:
                [img]#http://dom.bz/c/1.jpg[/img]
                but take out the # when you copy/paste it in your signature


                I assume to change the days you just change the number in the url.
                Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
                Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

                      Well, I haven't cheated yet, so I feel comfy doing the challenge.

                      I will be starting on OWL in the next couple of weeks, I hope...

                          I was stinkin' sure I was doing it right. So sure, in fact that for a month I fought with 2big over this WOE. FINALLY I figured out through research, 2big lovingly smacking me repeatedly upside the head, and reading the 2002 version (I researched every version I could get my mitts on), Dr Atkins' newest version was right (science changes with time and the old version of DANDR is actually dangerous by today's standards). Not only was Dr A's newest book right, but I was wrong about everything I was taught to me by well-meaning people who thought they knew Atkins.
                          Had to come see what smacking Cleo was all about. no fair posting this in the second timers forum. LOL

                          Cheat free Atkins challenge?? so does this mean our Cleo is Diet coke free too? nudge nudge ( see no hitting)

                          Congrats to the rest of y'all for joining this challenge. I know when I was losing and having the cheatfree X days in the sig was a big deterent to cheating cause once you hit I think it was one yr you got a cool gold shiney thing with your numbers in it and just thinking about having to come take that down was enough to stop temptation many a time when legal Atkins things in excess amounts were a calling me.
