      I'm happy to say I've been drinking plenty Once again I'll do at least 100oz+ today. One result I'm seeing from all the water is how nice my skin looks It's all good!

              Started Atkins 2d time 6/20/05
              218/187/140
              Measuring every 2 weeks
              As of 10/31/05, losta total of 56.75 inches!

                  I feel real lucky to get my water in. With the water shortage because of Hurricane Katrina, I feel blessed to get in my 80 oz. of water a day!

                      I hit a gallon every day this week....so hopefully.....no not hopefully.....today will be no different. I'll get it in. On my second liter now.
