my birthday is the 15th and i'd like to say that my goal was to be at 200 lbs by my birthday... but that just seems like i'm setting myself up for dissapointment since i can't get that damn scale to move.
Why does your goal have to have a date to it? If your first goal is to make it to 200, then have that be the goal and work toward it. Whenever it happens, celebrate, and set another goal.
