    i didn't go to bed until 4:30 this morning. now it's 12:30 (german time). not sure what i'm going to do today.

      I have a wedding gig to perform out of town today (my favorite type of gig, everyone is so dang happy)
      Have already had a brisk 6 a.m. walk, am chugging water down and getting myself motivated musically with a little hip hop. The scale is pissing me off lately, it showed a drop of 2 pounds 2 days ago, then went back up 2 and now its staying there...gggrrrrrrrrr. I have only had a bite or two of cream cheese the past couple days, and if THATS the culprit then cream cheese is dead to me.....well.....alllmost dead to me ok? Heh heh have a GREAT day everyone! Gotta go load up the trailer and gig rig! Anyone wanna be my road crew today? Feelin lazy!

        Gooooooood morning!

        I woke up today to discover that I finally hit 200 lbs. Yippee!

        I am going to start OWL, and probably stay on the veggie rung for awhile, though perhaps move to dairy and then stay there - haven't decided yet. I'm in absolutely no hurry to start eating anything in particular other than what I eat now.

        Today is a big housecleaning day. My GAWD this place is out of control! I go back to work for a week, and the kids and dh let it go to HECK!. I am determined to get this place completely organized this weekend so that we can start the school year with a system and routine that works.

          YEY FIN! Tomorrow Onederland? I just put my little sis on Atkins 2 weeks ago and she is probably at onederland as of today, very happy for her...and you my friend!

                It's soooooooooooooo good to be back too.

                I've had a little chuckle to myself earlier and thought, this is soooooo weird but we both keep ending up back here don't we hun ! LOL

                Can't wait to chat with you properly hun and exchange our recipes and exercise tips, hehe. I could own a gym with all the equipment

                I'm now seriously considering buy a 10ft trampoline for the garden. My two nieces have got one and it's fantastic, i'm always on it when I go and see them

                My one niece, Charlotte who is 5, going on 25, lol was beginning to get a little "chunky" and since having the trampoline, she has lost some weight, which her mom puts down to always being on the trampoline. Apparently it works all of the body, so is good for an allover workout.

                  Welcome Louise, so glad to meet you!! I love your font colors, good choice! I haven't been on a trampoline since I was a kid, sounds like fun, and now you've mentioned it I've gotta get one!!

                    Yes, until my nieces had theirs I hadn't been on one since I was 15 and at school. I must admit, I always did enjoy trampolining but I didn't realise how good it was for you.

                    I am definititely going to buy one when I get paid at the end of next month. I'm getting a 10ft one from Argos for £80 and placing it in my back garden and who cares if the neighbours think i'm a loon, lol

                    And as for my font, I am just soooooooooooo GIRLIE and PINK is just soooooooooooooo ME
