I am going to join the gym at work every lunch time and drink at least 2 ltrs of water each day.
I am also going to come and post on the board when I get a "Sugar" craving and have a glass of water, which hopefully will make the craving go away

and exchange my coffee for water, that should help me get closer to drinking those 2 ltrs of water per day.
