  • Ok, Here Is The New Plan

    Okey dokey, here goes .................

    Went to work today and had my gym induction with our PTI....... get this girlies, an ex-Para ~ phwoarrrrrrr blimey Mrs, he was gorgeous, so i've really got my work cutout with him, lol.

    My plan is, I am going to get up at 5.30 am and go straight to the gym at work and work out for 45 minutes on the programme the gorgeous Para has set me, lol. We have showers and a changing room with hair dryers and mirrors so I can then get ready for work straight after the workout, lol

    I have also been shopping today and bought all my Atkins friendly food and only drank water all day . It's strange but since i've only drank water all day, i've felt more thirsty for some very strange reason

    I have just packed my gym bag ready for tomorrow and for breakfast i'm having two eggs scrambled with 2 cherry tomatos and for lunch i'm having Feta cheese with olives (3 oz and 10 olives) and then for tea i'm going to have salmon with mashed cauli and brocoli, so that is tomorrow sorted out

    I will check-in tomorrow evening and let you know how it all goes.

    So how are you all getting on with your plan?

    Great job!

    I've noticed the same thing about water. Once I start drinking it, and cut out the other stuff, I'm really thirsty! I drink and drink and drink......and pee and pee and pee.......and I have tons of energy.

      Great plan, I hope it goes well.

      Water and peeing, I am always going for a pee! Seems an endless chore as soon as
      I've been I'm off again...drives me crazy at times.
